Marianne Mann, MD
Marianne Mann, MD has 25 years of experience in clinical drug development and regulatory affairs, including nine years at the Food and Drug Administration.
Dr. Mann, a pulmonologist and intensivist, works as a scientific lead at 3D Communications, helping clients prepare for FDA advisory committee meetings. Before coming to 3D, Dr. Mann was a deputy division director at FDA in both the reproductive/urologic and pulmonary/allergy divisions. She also served as a medical officer in the anti-infective division. Prior to consulting, Dr. Mann also served as the respiratory disease branch chief at the National Institutes of Health.
While at FDA, Dr. Mann has taught the FDA clinical course on advisory panel preparation and since leaving the Agency, she has helped many sponsors prepare for their FDA meetings. She has presented first-hand at meetings and has served as a mock panelist, with experience in over 100 advisory panel meetings. Dr. Mann obtained her medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania.
