Katina Voulopos

“I thrive watching clients succeed at a task they once thought was too complex to achieve. Teaching our process to a team is one thing. Seeing them put our tools and strategy into action – that moment is why I love what I do.”

As a project manager, Katina assists clients across all phases of FDA Advisory Committee and EMA meeting preparation. She’s recognized for her expertise in PowerPoint, open communication, and logistics, and uses all of these to help 3D Communications’ clients achieve their goals.

Approach

Katina’s approach is based on open communication to ensure every piece of the process comes together seamlessly. Before reaching the final stages of FDA Advisory Committee and EMA meeting preparation, she helps clients prepare for mock meetings, practice Q&A, manage ACCORD sites, and coordinate project logistics. Katina’s precision, composure, and awareness all collide to balance slide creation, timelines, and team deliverables.
