Mark uses his expertise in communications and graphic design, and his vast experience in preparing for more than 65 FDA Advisory Committee meetings, to help 3D Communications’ clients achieve their goals. As a senior manager, Mark assists clients across all phases of Advisory Committee preparation. He specializes in translating complex scientific issues into simple, clear messages that are supported by graphically compelling slides.
Mark’s approach to visual storytelling is based on the belief that visualization is one of the most powerful ways to help people understand complicated information. Before creating effective visuals, he helps 3D clients understand their complex issues and data so that they can communicate that information simply and clearly. He leverages his experience to help clients create visually compelling and crystal-clear graphics that enhance their overall story. A seasoned project manager with astute attention to detail, he helps clients complete all key deliverables associated with regulatory approval efficiently and effectively.
Mark began his career as an art director in New York City working for a full-service marketing firm. Since joining 3D Communications more than a decade ago, Mark has mastered the art of visual storytelling – continuing to redefine how complex scientific data can be visualized to reinforce key messages and enhance audience understanding and retention of important information. Mark has a bachelor’s degree in communication studies and graphic design from East Stroudsburg University.
Mark is an avid supporter of 3D’s nonprofit, Get Stuff Done 4 Kids, and of Rise Up Community Farm. In his spare time, Mark likes to spend time with his family, exercise, standup paddleboard, and offshore fish.
