As an experienced project manager, Mike has channeled his expertise in communication and education to prepare over 75 worldwide clients for high-stakes FDA and EMA/CHMP meetings. He specializes in the development of clear and concise slides, in addition to guiding clients through the complicated logistics of preparations.
Mike is known for his hands-on approach, attention to detail, and collaborative strategies to help clients complete key deliverables associated with regulatory approval. He also utilizes his background in education to train teams on 3D’s proprietary technologies and scientific slide development. Mike works diligently to ensure timelines remain on track, and needs are addressed swiftly, efficiently executed, and effectively provided. His positive attitude and upbeat personality help keep teams motivated and focused during high-stress preparations.
Prior to his career at 3D, Mike spent nearly a decade in business management. Since joining 3D Communications six years ago, he has mastered the art of scientific slide development and continues to serve global clients and ensure targets are met with deliverables of the highest quality. He holds a master’s degree in education from Virginia Tech University and was a student-athlete at Roanoke College, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business management.
Mike is an avid supporter of his local community. This includes volunteering with 3D’s nonprofit, Get Stuff Done 4 Kids, as well as a five-year career as a volunteer firefighter in Raleigh, North Carolina. In his spare time, he enjoys being with family and friends as well as adventure travel, beach volleyball, surfing, biking, and attending concerts.
