Mimi is a writer and editor at heart and takes great pride in creating crisp, clear editorials that inspire action, and in helping clients develop and nurture community partnerships. Prior to joining 3D Communications, Mimi was the director of communications and outreach at a national medicine trade association. In that capacity, she created and executed national public health education campaigns in English and Spanish alongside medical professional societies, consumer advocates, and government agencies, including the FDA and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Earlier in her career, she exercised her red pen as managing editor for all periodicals and news broadcasts at an international membership association for educators. Mimi holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Pennsylvania.
Mimi believes strongly that we all have a mutual responsibility for one another. Organizations that help veterans or kids and their families, especially as they navigate illness – such as Ronald McDonald House Charities and 3D’s nonprofit Get Stuff Done 4 Kids – are her particular passions. She also supports animal-welfare causes and enjoys the time she spends with her rescue mutt, Henry.
